As you all know, I have 'missed' the last two days of school due to a conference that I am attending. I will be out again tomorrow, but it would make me really happy if you guys posted something that you learned or did while I have been gone...

Well, lets see. Wednesday we went over vocab. Mr. Weiss skipped Giza because yuo wanted to go over it with us or something? Today we were discussing preserving apples. I think this is going to be really cool. My period has been really chatty though. Sadly, I didn't have a chance to beat Cameron's time yet. I think you just clicked your watch slower. :) But I do have bragging rights because I know the entire map of Africa! Boo yah!!!!! I am guessing that you probably don't know who I am. I am leaving my name anonymous. HAHA! :)
Oh yeah I forgot to cough. Cough, cough, MacK, Cough, cough. HAHAHAHAHA!
today in class we covered part of an apple in a mixture of salt and baking soda. we then put in more of the mizture in the cup with the apple. We have to wait until after christmas break to see the results. oh yeah, we put abdiel (?) is in our group. He's really starting to talk more...he's actually really funny.

Today we did an experiment with the class. We took a chunk of apple, weighed it, and mixed it around in some baking soda mixed with salt. apparently this preserves the apple? well anyway, we had a little fun with mr. wiess, moo waa haa haa haa....see you monday mr. winand!

@Everyone - I had a great time at my training but can't wait to come back to school on Monday. Three more days and the ten more off! Wow, this year will be over before we know it. I will see you all on Monday!
